Candice was born in Port Royal WI and migrated to the US with her parents. She is the youngest of six on her way to make her mark in the world. She is a Published Author, Business Owner and Founder. Today she is a host of the hit talk show Point of View currently on Comcast Xfinity Afro, she returned to T.V. after a hiatus from the Film Industry. Certified
Domestic Abuse Advocate which she received with Harbor House of Central FL. She received her break Television break on the Lifetime hit TV Show Drop Dead Diva season 1, 2, 3, Single Ladies produced by Queen Latifah. Her desire to help others in need enabled Candice to open her heart and home to homeless youth and at-risk teens. She is the founder of Young Seeds of Virtue (YSV) now Hands Off Inc., founded to encourage, motivate and inspire young women to reach and achieve their goals, no matter the obstacles. Candice founded Mukisa Girls Empowerment Centre in Kampala Uganda primary school for girls ages 6-12. The school facilitates 100 girls by giving them an education, meals and a safe place to live. The women’s Centre is designed to train women in the surrounding village’s sustainable living skills that will assist them in providing for their families.
Candice also received a White House invitation and Letter of Recognition from President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama for her work and dedication of Survivors of Human Trafficking.
