Afrotainment receives CRTC Approval
to launch 4 channels in Canada.

Toronto - July 26, 2013

Soundview Africa, owner of The Afrotainment Family of Channels received approval this week to launch 4 of its channels across Canada from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). Afrotainment Channels authorized for distribution include 3 HD channels: Afrotainment HD, Afrotainment Music HD, TV9ja HD and 1 SD channel: Africa Box Office (ABO). All 4 channels are scheduled to launch early this fall.
